Hypnosis is a natural state of mind with numerous beneficial characteristics. Humans naturally experience the trance state at least twice daily - upon waking and upon falling asleep. Intentionally going into trance away from sleep time allows for us to access deeper levels of the mind with intention so we can re-write negative thought patterns into beneficial ones and actively connect with our bodies to accelerate healing and diminish pain.
